It was clean and the staff were incredibly nice, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was just next door to metro and tram, sought after Alfama district in and the airport. Also, Praca Martim Moniz was 1 km away, I could even walk there. Everything was simply perfect👍

The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by metro. the bathroom was impressive and had good water pressure. the staff was friendly, helpful, and proactive, with great local recommendations. the breakfast was tasty and fresh, with plenty of options. the rooms had amazing new facilities, including an automatic curtain system and high-quality products. the hotel also had daily cleaning and beautifully decorated balconies.
The cleaning product smell in the rooms could be improved.
